Buyer protection
This page says plainly what protection you have and what you do not. It is written to match how the site works today.
Before you order
- Look for the Verified mark: an administrator checked the owner's identity documents. It is not a guarantee about any one product.
- You do not pay when you place an order. The shop first confirms the items are available.
- See something wrong on a page? Use Report on the product or the shop. See the Marketplace rules.
Your money
- Today you pay the shop directly. NAFLIS MALL does not hold your money, so we cannot hold back a payment or take it back for you.
- Pay only to the details shown on your order page, and keep your payment evidence. Upload it on the order page; the shop must confirm it arrived.
- If the shop cancels after you paid, a refund is recorded for the shop to pay back, and the shop shares the proof on your order page.
If something goes wrong
- Send the shop a message from your order page. Everything you write there is kept with the order.
- If it is not resolved, press Report a problem on the order page and say what happened. Add a photo if it helps.
- An administrator can read the order's messages and evidence, speak to both sides, record what was decided, and mark an unreliable shop or take it off the site. We cannot move money that the shop holds; we can pressure and, if needed, suspend the shop.
- Still stuck? Contact us through Help and contact with your order code.
Returns and refunds
Return rules, such as how long you have and who pays the return cost, are set by each shop and should be agreed before you pay. You can ask for a refund from your order page; the shop decides, and a larger refund may need an administrator's approval.
What we cannot do
- We do not sell the goods and we do not inspect them.
- We cannot get back money you sent outside an order, for example to a number a seller gave you in a chat.
- We cannot promise a particular result in a dispute, but we always record the decision and the reason.
