What NAFLIS MALL is

NAFLIS MALL is a platform that gives shop owners an online storefront and tools to take and track orders. NAFLIS MALL does not sell the goods and is not a party to a sale between a buyer and a shop. It does not hold buyers' money.

Shops (suppliers)

You are responsible for your products, prices, stock counts, delivery and any refunds you agree to.
Buyers pay you directly. You must confirm a payment yourself, from your own wallet, before you deliver.
Registration and renewal fees are shown on the sign-up and billing pages. Nothing is charged automatically; you send each payment and an administrator confirms it.
An account whose end date has passed, after the grace days, is paused until it is renewed. Your data is kept.
Do not sell illegal goods, misdescribe products, or use the platform to deceive buyers.

Buyers

You do not need an account. Do not pay until the shop has confirmed the items are available.
Pay only to the details shown on your order page, and keep your payment evidence.
Confirm on your order page when you receive your goods. If something is wrong, use the message and report-a-problem tools on that page.

Partners

Partners earn a reward when a referred account completes setup, as explained on the Partners page. A reward can be withheld if an account is found to be fake or abusive.

Dropshipping

Dropshippers sell products that suppliers choose to offer, from the supplier's own stock, and earn commission only when the customer confirms delivery. The supplier receives the buyer's payment and delivers. A product that is out of stock or paused is unavailable to everyone who sells it. Commission rules apply as shown on the dropshipper's Earnings page, and a commission is reversed if its order is cancelled or refunded.

Suspension

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules or harms other people. We will explain why where we can.
